have been consolidated into one easy to use database called,
Advocacy/Service Providers for your convenience. Now you may search by:
- The general type of service you are seeking.
For Example, Residential Services.
- Then you may narrow your search by the specific services that agencies provide.
For Example, Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA)
or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF-DD)
- The name of the agency is another way to search
- A County Search using the pull-down menu gives you all of the services and advocacy resources in that county.
- County Search using the map of the State of Illinois is also available.
- To search the entire database to view all the service providers and advocacy resources in the state
