From STARnet and the Illinois Assistive Technology Program. This intermediate workshop on Assistive Technology will provide the opportunity to tour the Illinois Assistive Technology Program and explore the resources that are available to the residents in Illinois. Participants will identify and discuss Universal Design for Learning, Adaptations, and Modifications to improve inclusive practices for all children. The use of case study examples will help facilitate a discussion on the use of adaptations and modifications in the classroom. There will be an opportunity to create some assistive technology to incorporate with children.
