Transition Aged Youth, 14 1/2-21, receiving special education services and their Parents are invited to attend this free educational training on transition from school to adult services.

Participants will learn about:

 Transition in the IEP

 The transition components of employment, independent living, postsecondary education or training, and com-munity involvement

 The transfer of parental rights

 The summary of performance document

Workshop registration is required.  A minimum of 15 people need to be registered to ensure this

presentation will be held so  REGISTER EARLY.
