The human services field faces a dilemma. It needs leadership passionate about its mission of helping others, yet counselors and other professionals in the field often don’t have the necessary management skills to assume leadership.

Mark Doyle, program director of National Louis University’s M.S. in Human Service Management program, and Vincent Pettinelli, founder of PeopleServe Inc. and author of “Getting it Done Right: Pragmatic Wisdom for Human Services Managers” will address this dilemma and in “ReImagined: Human Services Management” Nov. 29 from 9-11:30 a.m.
