In Chicago, explore lessons for literal thinkers that break down abstract concepts into concrete ideas. Discover strategies for those who struggle with social nuances to encourage nuanced perspective taking while attending to mental health. Learn strategies to build social competencies at school and beyond, and bring back powerful and innovative ideas to your community.

At our conference in the Chicago Metro Area Apr. 24-26, 2018, we’ll share proven strategies and treatment frameworks to use with age 5 through young adulthood that go beyond teaching social skills to develop social competencies, including self-regulation, perspective taking, executive functioning, social-emotional understanding, organizational skills, and much more. All our information can be used immediately at home, school, work, and in the community, so our teachings are embraced by parents as well as a wide range of professionals (such as SLPs, teachers, social workers, counselors, psychologists, and school administrators, to name a few.) We also offer CEUs/CE hours for many professionals
