Is your child transitioning from school to adulthood? Are you prepared? High School age youth and parents are invited to attend.

Learn about:

  • The definition of Transition
  • What new components will be added to the IEP
  • What skills will be targeted during transition
  • The transition timelines
  • How to plan for transition
  • The student’s role in transition

Training will be held in lower level 2 conference room.

Registration is required. A minimum of 15 people need to be registered to ensure this presentation will be held. Deadline to register is September 8, 2017.

Participants may bring in a snack to eat if they want.

The computer lab will be open for kids to use. (Only for youth who do not need individual supervision.)
