The CILA Quality Scorecard brings together information from IDHS’s Division of Developmental Disabilities, Bureau of Accreditation, Licensure, and Certification (BALC), and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to provide families and the general public with a view of where CILA services are provided, by whom, and how those providers are performing in key areas. The Scorecard is meant to acquaint families and the general public about where and by whom services are provided, but it is not meant to be the sole source of information upon which families make the important decision about where to receive services. For that decision, we encourage families to work with the appropriate Independent Service Coordination (ISC) agency.
