Dental Lifeline Network Program, Illinois State Dental Society – The Dental Lifeline Network Program serves disabled and aged people who cannot afford needed dental treatment and have no other way of getting help. Qualified applicants must be permanently disabled, chronically ill, or elderly. Each person’s condition must be severe enough to prohibit or significantly limit gainful employment. In addition, they can neither afford dental care nor receive it through other programs. They must need extensive treatment, not just a cleaning and check-up.

Donated Orthodontic Services Program Application – Thanks to concerned orthodontists in the Illinois Society of Orthodontists, the Donated Orthodontic Services Program will provide care at a nominal fee to children whose families cannot afford needed orthodontic treatment. Participating orthodontists will be donating one or two cases per year to help qualified disadvantaged children. Nominal fees will be charged to families who qualify for the program.
