Professional Development Training

Finding Employment that Works for Individuals with Asperger’s Syndrome is an in-depth seminar that describes how to guide these students to employment success. It features case studies and interactive exercises, and a workbook with assessments and worksheets.

Innovative employment models

Information is presented using non-technical language, and illustrated with examples from the presenter’s extensive experience coaching hundreds of adults with Asperger’s Syndrome and similar autism spectrum profiles.

Barbara Bissonnette is a best-selling author and expert on autism and employment. Since 2006 she has specialized in career development coaching for adults with Asperger’s Syndrome and similar autism spectrum profiles. She also provides training for professionals and consultations with employers.

Prior to coaching Barbara spent 20 years in business, most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. She earned a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from the Massachusetts School Professional Psychology and is certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
