Person-Center Planning Facilitator Training
MAPS and PATH are the tools used to support person-centered planning! Individuals with disabilities and their allies have hard work to do. Facilitating the use of these tools supports high school and adult service professionals in developing meaningful IEP/transition plans and adult life plans with the voice of individuals with disabilities leading the way!
Come learn the basics of person-centered planning in this intensive, interactive FREE three-day experience.
