Person-Center Planning Facilitator Training

MAPS and PATH are the tools used to support person-centered planning! Individuals with disabilities and their allies have hard work to do. Facilitating the use of these tools supports high school and adult service professionals in developing meaningful IEP/transition plans and adult life plans with the voice of individuals with disabilities leading the way!

Come learn the basics of person-centered planning in this intensive, interactive FREE three-day experience.

October 22, 23 & 24, 2019 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. EIASE Boardroom – 5837 Park Drive, Charleston

Participants will receive: Continental breakfast and lunch PATH kit containing all the materials you need as a facilitator 18 hours of CEUs or CPDUs
